Kissinger Advisors COOKIES STATEMENT
Effective Date: April 5, 2026 | Last Revised: April 5, 2026

This Cookies Statement explains how Kissinger Advisors ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, pixel tags, HTML5 local storage, and equivalent tracking technologies (collectively, "cookies") on our website at www.kissingeradvisors.com (the "Site") and in our email communications, and your choices regarding such technologies. Please read this Statement alongside our Privacy Policy, which provides further detail on how we process personal information.

You may opt out of or block certain cookies at any time. However, doing so may limit your ability to access all features of our Site.

1.  What Are Cookies?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your browser or device when you visit our Site. Cookies help our Site recognize your device, remember your preferences, and deliver a better experience. There are two main types:

  • Session cookies – Disappear when you close your browser.

  • Persistent cookies – Remain on your device until they expire or are manually deleted.

Our Site uses both first-party cookies (set directly by us) and third-party cookies (set by external services we use). Third-party cookies may recognize your device across multiple websites.

2.  Other Tracking Technologies

Pixel Tags

A pixel tag is a single-pixel transparent image that collects data about how you interact with our Site or emails — such as whether you opened an email, clicked a link, or visited a page. Pixels may also capture the time, device, and operating system used.

HTML5 Local Storage & Similar Technologies

We may use local storage and similar browser-based technologies to store data on your device for purposes consistent with this Statement.

3.  Cookie Categories We Use

Our cookies fall into four categories:

Strictly Necessary — Essential for the Site to function. Cannot be disabled.

Functional — Enable personalization and preference memory (language, settings).

Performance — Collect anonymized data on how visitors use our Site to help us improve it.

Targeting — Track browsing behavior to deliver relevant advertising and content.

4.  Third-Party Services & Platforms

We use a number of third-party platforms in our operations and marketing activities. Each may set cookies or tracking technologies when you interact with our Site or with content we publish on their platforms.
